  • Function of the postures and r/c exercises in Tui Shou (fixed steps)
3º Degree examination (green) (minimum 18 months of practice)
  • Stepping and turning exercises
  • Function of the postures in combination with stepping and turning
  • Moving steps Tui Shou exercises (intermediate)
2º Degree examination (blue) (minimum 3 years of practice)
  • Long form (beginners)
1º Degree examination (brown) (minimum 5 years of practice)

Martial chi kung (I Ching Kung)

1º Tuan examination (black) (minimum 7 years of practice)
